* Which orders do NOT qualify for Free Shipping?
The following orders are excluded and do not receive free shipping:
- Orders including heavy or oversized items. Oversized items have "extra shipping charges" displayed on their product pages so you will know the order will not qualify. Additionally, your shopping cart will calculate the correct shipping and will indicate it is not free.
- Orders shipping to AK, HI or outside the US.
- Orders shipping to a PO Box may or may not receive free shipping depending on the weight of your order. USPS rates are higher for heavier boxes so it's not always possible. However, we try to give you the free freight whenever we can. A customer service representative will contact you if free shipping does not apply for your order.
- Rush or Express orders. Free Shipping only applies to Ground shipments.
- Customs orders. Most custom orders ship directly from our manufacturers so we are unable to provide free shipping in these cases.

Returns on Orders that Receive Free Shipping
If you receive free shipping on your order and you return an item that takes your order under $100, the appropriate S/H amount to ship your original order will be subtracted from your refund or credit.
